It is my highest honor and pleasure, as President of IEEE Photonics Society, to extend my heartfelt congratulations and warmest wishes to all attendees of the 2026 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Quantum Photonics, Artificial Intelligence and Networking (QPAIN 2026). Building on the remarkable success of its first edition, QPAIN continues to thrive as an active international conference where innovation, collaboration, and scientific excellence can merge to shape the future of technology.

The success of QPAIN 2025 has laid a strong foundation for this second edition. With over 5,000 researchers from 28 countries submitting more than 1,800 papers, of which 600 were peer-reviewed and presented at the meeting, the conference demonstrated the global relevance and academic strength of this rapidly evolving field. It was a milestone achievement for the IEEE Photonics Society Bangladesh Chapter and a clear reflection of the growing worldwide interest in quantum photonics, artificial intelligence, and advanced networking, fields that are transforming the way we communicate, compute, and connect.

At QPAIN 2026, the convergence of quantum-enabled photonics, intelligent computing, and next-generation communication networks remains at the forefront of the agenda of thia annual gathering. These transformative technologies are reshaping our digital world, offering vast potential while also calling upon us to ensure that innovation remains ethical, inclusive, and beneficial to all of humanity.

The IEEE Photonics Society is proud to support QPAIN’s mission to foster interdisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, and global dialogue. I encourage everyone, especially early-career researchers and young professionals, to engage deeply, embrace new ideas, and build lasting partnerships that will fuel future discoveries. The knowledge and connections formed here will illuminate the technologies that empower individuals and strengthen societies.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the organizing committee, technical chairs, reviewers and volunteers whose dedicated efforts ensure the continued excellence of this conference. I am both proud and optimistic to see QPAIN return once again to the Chittagong Division of Bangladesh in 2026. May this event inspire new ideas, fruitful collaborations, and groundbreaking innovations that advance knowledge and improve our world.

Thank you.

Sincerely

Prof. Gabriella Bosco

It is with immense pride and enthusiasm that I extend my warmest greetings to all participants of the IEEE 2nd International Conference on Quantum Photonics, Artificial Intelligence, and Networking (QPAIN 2026). Building upon the remarkable foundation laid last year, QPAIN 2026 continues to serve as a dynamic platform for the brightest minds in academia and industry—united by a shared commitment to advancing the frontiers of quantum photonics, artificial intelligence, and networking technologies.

Over the past year, we have witnessed extraordinary progress in these rapidly evolving fields. Quantum computing, machine learning, and intelligent communication systems are now converging in ways that are reshaping industries, transforming economies, and improving the quality of life worldwide. QPAIN 2026 is not merely a conference—it is a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and global dialogue on the technologies that define our collective future.

As researchers, scientists, and professionals, our responsibility extends beyond innovation alone. We must ensure that these powerful technologies are developed ethically, equitably, and sustainably for the benefit of all humanity. I am confident that the discussions, research presentations, and collaborations fostered through this conference will play a vital role in charting a responsible and inspiring course for future generations.

QPAIN 2026 also represents an invaluable opportunity to strengthen professional networks and form lasting partnerships. I encourage all participants to take full advantage of the keynote sessions, technical tracks, workshops, and networking opportunities to connect with peers who share your vision for discovery and progress.

Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the organizing committee, authors, reviewers, and volunteers whose tireless efforts have made this event possible. Your dedication and teamwork have ensured that QPAIN continues to grow as a truly global platform for knowledge exchange and innovation.

I am proud to note that QPAIN 2025 achieved a landmark success—with more than 600 papers published in IEEE Xplore, reflecting the outstanding quality of research and the enthusiasm of our international community. May QPAIN 2026 reach even greater heights in advancing science and technology for humanity.

Thank you, and I wish you all a productive and inspiring conference.

Sincerely

I am pleased to offer my hearty congratulations to everyone attending the IEEE 2nd International Conference on Quantum Photonics, Artificial Intelligence, and Networking (QPAIN 2026). The event is still following a history of success in the development of collaboration, innovation, and sharing of knowledge among the global photonics and AI communities.

QPAIN has become a strong platform connecting renowned researchers, economic experts, and young researchers operating at the boundary of quantum photonics, artificial intelligence, and networking. These are the fast-developing areas not only revising technology but also forming the future of communication, computation and intelligent systems.

The QPAIN 2026 just starts as we mark the wonderful successes of the previous year- with the milestone success QPAIN 2025, in which over 600 papers were published in the IEEE Xplore. This is an impressive achievement of the power, energy and the cooperative attitude of our global research community.

The event provides a valuable chance to be a part of intriguing debates, get acquainted with innovative studies, and develop valuable professional connections. I also express my encouragement to everyone to join the key-note sessions, technologies and interactive engagements in the fullest and maximize the benefits of this platform to pursue personal and group ambitions in science and engineering.

We have a role to play as a part of an international technological community to make sure that the progress of quantum technologies and machine intelligence is done in an ethical, inclusive, and sustainable way. I believe that the knowledge shared at QPAIN 2026 will make a difference in responsible innovation and help to define the future of technology.

I would like to thank the organizers, authors, reviewers and volunteers who have made this conference possible. Through your efforts, QPAIN continues to be among the most important international forums of research in the next generation.
