Registration Information

Registration Status Notice for Authors (Closed)

The ProConf portal does not update payment status in real time due to technical constraints. If you follow the registration-information and complete the payment, your registration is valid. We will publish a registered paper list within 15 days. If your paper is missing from the list, please contact us with your payment proof.

At least one author MUST REGISTER and PRESENT (either online or offline) the paper at the conference. Failure to do so will result in the paper being withdrawn and excluded from the proceedings.


Follow these steps to complete your registration for QPAIN 2026.

How to Register

  1. Log in to QPAIN 2026 MyProConf Portal
  2. Go to Registration Access
  3. Click Edit Registration Information button and share your basic information:
    • Paper ID(s): [N:B: If you have multiple paper IDs, list them separated by commas (mandatory). Otherwise, information may be replaced if only a single ID is provided.]
    • Presenter name
    • Select your presentation mode: (Online/Offline). [Note: All conference kits for online presenters (Bangladeshi only) will be sent via courier after the conference.]
    • Select your membership type: (Non-IEEE Member/ IEEE Member/ IEEE Photonics Society Member)
    • Author type: ( Local Author/ Local Student Author/ International Author/ International Student Author )
    • Mobile Number (WhatsApp preferred)
    • Thana
    • District
    • Full Address

Payment Steps

  1. Carefully determine your Registration Fee option (based on your category)
  2. Upload your payment proof after completing the transaction

    Authors must combine all the following files into a single .zip file, named as follows:

    PaperID_ProofsUpload.zip
    Example: 701_ProofsUpload.zip
    [Note: If multiple papers registered by the same author: 701/702/703_ProofsUpload.zip]

    The .zip file should include:

    • Payment proof
    • Studentship proof (if applicable)
    • 2026 IEEE membership proof (if applicable)
    • 2026 IEEE Photonics Society membership proof (if applicable)

After completing all processes, please fill up the following Google Form no later than 28 February 2026 (11:59:59 PM GMT+06:00) March 01, 2026 (11:59:59 PM GMT+06:00) [Extended Deadline]

Note: Your registration will not be confirmed until you have:

  • Shared your basic information through the Edit Registration Information button
  • Uploaded the required proofs
  • Completed the Google Form (Form link)
  • Your payment has been processed and verified by the Registration Chair
