Presentation Guidelines

Session Details

Offline Sessions: Held at IT Business Incubator, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Chattogram, Bangladesh (Room no. and Time will be given shortly)

Online Sessions: Conducted via Zoom/Meet software (Time and link will be given shortly)

The presentation will be conducted in two formats:

  • PowerPoint presentation
  • Poster presentation
  • Ensure the presentation is clear, concise, and focused on your key findings.
  • Provide a solid introduction, highlighting your research problem, objectives, methodology, and results.
  • Use visual aids (charts, graphs, diagrams) to make complex data more accessible.

Following the guidelines below, Submit:

  1. PowerPoint file (PPTX or PDF format, if your paper is accepted for PowerPoint presentation) or Poster file (JPEG or PNG format, if your paper is accepted for poster presentation).
  2. An 8-minute video of your PowerPoint or poster presentation.

Submit PowerPoint file/ Poster file and a video presentation (maximum 8 minutes) through the following Google Form no later than 28 February 2026.

Duration and Format

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Presentation: 8 minutes
  • Q&A and Suggestions: 2 minutes

Instructions

  • Offline Presentations: Arrive early at the conference venue to check compatibility with the equipment (projector, laptop). Bring a backup of your slides.
  • Online Presentations: Test your Zoom/Meet setup in advance to ensure your camera, microphone, and screen-sharing features work seamlessly. Use a stable internet connection, avoid background distractions, and keep your presentation materials (PowerPoint, PDF) ready for sharing.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster Preparation Guidelines

  • Organize content logically with high text-background contrast for easy readability.
  • Use large, readable fonts and high-resolution images, diagrams, and charts that are visible from a distance of 1–2 meters.
  • Use color or bold fonts to highlight key elements, such as section titles or graph and table captions.

Poster Requirements

  • Include Paper ID, Title, and Authors' Names.
  • Poster Ratio: 16:9 (Landscape orientation) [Strictly follow the QPAIN poster template].
  • Poster Collection: There is no need to print the poster. Submit the soft copy (PNG or JPEG format) of your poster through this Google Form by 28 February .
  • Poster Display: All posters (both online and offline) will be displayed at the Conference Venue.

Poster Presentation Instructions

Offline Presentation: Please be present at the conference venue at your scheduled time and be prepared to describe your poster to the Session Chair and audience, as well as attend the Q&A session.

Online Presentation: Join at your scheduled time via the Zoom link and be prepared to describe your poster to the Session Chair and audience, as well as attend the Q&A session with your Session Chair.

Note: Papers accepted for both PowerPoint and poster presentations will be considered equally for the Best Paper Award selection process and will both be submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library.
